 Terracotta Warriors and Horses mausoleum mound of the first emperor of Qin, 76 meters high, the layout of the mausoleum imitates the Qin capital of Xianyang, divided into two cities, the inner city perimeter of 2.5 km, the outer city perimeter 6.3 km. The mausoleum mound is located in the southwest of the inner city, facing east and west, where the coffins and burial relics are placed, and is the core of the Qin Shihuang Mausoleum complex, the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. Terracotta figurines were used as funerary objects, hence the name. The terracotta figurines were modeled after the life-size Qin soldier and fired by artisans, all by hand without the use of molds, which is why we are now using the terracotta figurines as the burial object. The terracotta figurines seen have different looks and different body types. 

Xi’an’s Ming Dynasty city wall is one of China’s best-preserved ancient defensive structures. A moat surrounds the wall, and the Bell and Drum Towers stand within the old city. Its defenses include gate towers, corner towers, battlements, and fortified gateways. Visitors can walk along the wall or rent a bicycle to explore it.

The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is closely associated with the Buddhist monk Xuanzang and his journey to India. After returning to China, he translated Buddhist scriptures at the Great Ci’en Temple. The pagoda was built to house scriptures and relics brought back from his travels.

Xi’an’s Muslim Quarter, also known as Huimin Street, is famous for its food stalls and specialty snacks.
