Day 1 arrive in Sanya (D)
You will fly into Sanya, and upon arrival at the airport you will be met by your guide, who will then take you to your hotel at Yalong Bay. Sanya is the second largest city in Hainan province, and is in the middle of the southern part of Hainan Island. In addition, it is often considered China's "southern gate", and justifies its reputation as a vibrant subtropical oceanfront tourist city, so new on the international scene that much of it is still under construction. The town of Sanya is situated on a small peninsula, connected to the mainland by two bridges. It is a great place to soak up some atmosphere and the night market here is especially lively with seafood thrown on the streets, stores selling all types of weird and wonderful wares including smuggled goods from Vietnam and huge tea warehouses, all adding to the chaotic feeling about this place.
After giving you time to unpack and refresh yourselves, a feast of sea food-Cantonese style, will be your dinner for this evening.

Richard Marks, New Orleans, LA, USA:
Thanks for arranging SUCH a great trip for us in Sanya. We both had such a good time and will recommend Hainan and your services to all our friends. The restaurants James took us to were out of this world!
And thank you for the fruit! We loved it all! One tip for the beach at Yalong Bay, get guests to take their own water as there was no drinking water and it was quite pricey to buy from a snack stand. Otherwise all was good. Climbing the mountain was superb!
