For those first visiting China or Beijing, a visit to the Great Wall is a must. Our 1-day tours allow you to get to the wall with none of the hassle normally involved, as transportation and meals are all arranged for you. We go to all the best Beijing sections of the wall, such as Mutianyu, Jinshanling, Simatai, and Badaling. Probably are most popular 1-day tour is the Jinshanling-Simatai Great Wall hike, and indeed this might be the most popular of any Great Wall activities. Badaling:

Preserved in a good state of its original features with many diverse watchtowers, the 10 kilometers Great Wall from Jinshanling section to Simatai section wanders and fluctuates against the mountains for almost 400 years. The majesty and beauty of this hiking route can only be known until one has been experienced.

Mutianyu:

Mutianyu Great Wall, never as crowded as Badaling section but with the same splendor and elegance, has become the new love of more and more visitors from home and abroad. This section is well preserved and much gentler than other parts of Great Wall, so it is good for the old and the young. With greenery covering up to 90% of the mountain, Mutianyu Great Wall gives visitors different views in different seasons.

Jiankou:

Built during the Ming Dynasty, Jiankou is one of the most famous wild walls. Constructed on the ridge of the dangerous peaks and broken cliffs, it is famous for its majesty and danger. It is one of the favorite parts of great wall hiking for hikers around the world.

For those with a little more time on their hands, we also offer 2-day hiking trips. This involves hiking one particular section one day, then either sleeping on or near the wall (in a village or small inn). The next day we’ll resume our hiking on another section. Our 2-day programs can also bring you to some excellent cultural sites, like the East Qing Tombs, the final resting place of many rulers of China’s last imperial dynasty.
